To those who have access to today's Washington Post, in the Health Section, page 15, there is a article containing two Representatives' opinions on whether the government should earmark research funds for specific diseases. The head of the Appropriations Subcommitee on Health, Rep Porter, comes out quite strongly against earmarking. Anybody else read this? Any comments?
