Years ago I had a severe back injury. Over the years I have learned how
to sleep without moving in my sleep. The best prop up pillows I have
found are made of Sobakawa pillows (no monitory profit for me). They are
firm enough to hold you still and keep your leg propped. I use one under
my head, and one to my back, also. Since the injury and subsequent
surgery I have been unable to sleep except on my side and always have to
wake up to turn over, if I turn over. They also come in several sizes.
One gets used to it because one must and that is that. My husband says I
can move those pillows faster than he ever dreamed could be done.
Getting properly positioned surely beats pain.
I found mine at JC Pennys (we should all by stock in that co.-but I
don't have any)

I don't know if this helped anyone but I hope it did. They (the pillows)
make me sneeze, so I use a plastic cover under the pillow case.
