It is http:www.washingtonpost.com/ I wander about that site daily but only to selected parts. You can bet your boots that Rep. Porter is opposed to earmarking. I asked my representative to write Rep. Porter requesting that he help with funding. My Rep did so, but who knows what will happen. Just do the best you can.
