You might want to try the University of Pittsburgh. I don't know specific
neuros there, but they probably could tell you if you contact the med school
there. There is a PD specialist in Warren, OH (Northeast Ohio). Her name is
Holly Maggiano. Dad goes to her, and she's knowledgeable. Trish
