To LEAVE the Parkinsn list PERMANENTLY send this command to:

signoff parkinsn
Put it in body of post, not on subject line. That's all..but you need to
do it yourself.

To suspend mail TEMPORARILY, send to that address (NOT TO THE LIST!)
set parkinsn nomail
When you want to RESUME, send the listserv the command to
set parkinsn mail.
