Music helps.  I've found that when I have difficulty walking, if I sing or hum
or simply think a song I move more easily.  Rhythm is important.  Dance music,
a waltz or a march, seems to work best.  As for actually dancing, it varies.
One day I couldn't do a cha cha, the next day I could.  Will have to try the
warming up idea.  Thanks for writing about this.
