Mike,or anyone Has anyone seen the Washington Post article in which Rep Porter and another Representative discussed the evils of earmarking funds (for PD research?) If so, would you or anybody kindly post it to the list. I really would like to understand why these guys are so opposed to this. Speculation doesn't help. If you lack a scanning capability, buy a commercial scan and send me the bill (should be under $20). Sooner is better than later. Regards, WHH
