Hello all, Check out http://www.cdc.gov/nchswww/ This is the website for the National Center for Health Statistics which "monitors the nations health". I went there and clicked on "e-mail", filled in the form, and made a request for better stats on PD. Maybe this could be a way for us to make the NCHS aware of the need for this. I found this site because I was referred there by the Census Bureau after I asked them to included a question about PD on the census. Hey, at least I am getting answers that are from someone and not just the bots, even if it goes no where. Go to the site and check it out.
