A few months ago a fellow at a large corporation here in NJ called Bellcore sent what today would be called a "racially insensitive" e-mail to a co-worker [used to be called colleague]. Somehow it went to the whole company, department, building [forgot which] and by the next day...........his a-- was grass! I don't know what it was he wrote, but how'd you like to explain THAT at your next interview??? This is a dangerous medium ! -----Original Message----- From: Abi Murthy <[log in to unmask]> To: Multiple recipients of list PARKINSN <[log in to unmask]> Date: Friday, August 21, 1998 4:27 PM Subject: Re: Ken's attachment >Ken- > >I know how terrible you must feel- my sympathies.
