Has anyone ever woken up with this kind of pain? It was on the right side of my head, from the top of the head down into the right side of my neck. It started, built to a crescendo and subsided all within 2-3 seconds and happened 5-6 times within an hour. The pain was intense. My thought was a pinched nerve or something from all the back pain exercises I have been doing, but I don't know.. THANKS !
