Probably as typical as most PD symptoms, given how differently PD affects
folks. In Peter's case, communication--spoken, written--is very slow, long
pauses to think of the word, gaps when the train of thought gets derailed,
much difficulty writing,weak unclear voice, and of course lack of facial
expression.
You are not alone! This dod not happen all at once--but built up gradually.
