When he retired in the late 1970's he became the head of the Gov.. of Colorado's energy conservation efforts during one of those energy crises we had back then. I have known him for 47 years. Smart guy. Today - Nursing Home, total dementia. Not all that unusual, i'm told. Whenever his wife goes for a visit he wants to introduce her to the latest NH chick he's met and has proposed to.
