A well-deserved award, Russ. You've certainly taught me an enormous amount over the years. And let me take this opportunity to announce that Jane Ledwell-Brown has been named Director of McGill's Centre for the Study and Teaching of Writing, with Carolyn Pittenger acting as Associate-Director. Most CASLLers know both Jane and Carolyn and will be as pleased as I am by their willingness to direct the Centre. Congratulations to both. Anthony Pare
