Gerry, Thanks for your question. It is a good one. I have spent some time thinking about this and think that FOR NOW we should "keep our powder dry" on this one until AFTER we see what is in the Senate bill that is being amended and voted on today. I am also anxious to see if Chairman Stevens has anything to add to Tuesday's comments. Thanks again. I will be in touch with all of you as soon as I learn more. Bill
