When it started it was about the size of a pea and eventually spread out from the center to become about an inch in diameter and over the course of about 4 weeks has now just about disappeared. I am on Sinemet and Permax. I don't know if this is the same type of rash you have, but your description of it looking like pin pricks and being itchy is exactly how I would describe mine. I have had this occur several times, but it has always gone away by the time I see my neuro, so I have not thought to ask about it.
