Hi Hilary: I did that awhile back. I took my morning dose as usual. Then, while having a conversation with my my CG I took my nightime dose with out hesitation. Fornunately it amounted to just 2 doses of Sinemet, 25/100. As I recall, the reaction was similar to what you experienced. Did your reaction last a lot longer than usual?
