I don't know if Goat's Milk makes good ice cream (but I am going to try it asap) but Goat's Milk Yoghurt is the best yoghurt I have ever had - and makes great cheese. I put the large carton of Goats MIlk Yoghurt into the top part of my electtric perk coffee pot (with a filter under it) and let is drip for 24 hours and Presto! there is cheese. We have no milk allergies in the family -- just love the taste which is stronger than other yoghruts Nancy Shlaets deGrazia
