Hello Bruce,  living in the UK sometimes means that I fail to read the
more urgent mail from the USA in time to be useful. I expect that as you
read this you will have seen your new specialist, who will have proposed
some sort of change. Your immediate need will be to get some reassurance
that the proposals make sense, and that is in no way intended to be a
criticism of the Specialist; it's natural when dealing with your life
(because it is as important as that) to want a second opinion. I would be
pleased to offer my help for however long it takes to get you going again
and will await your response. Whether we do it on-list or off-list I leave
entirely to you (the patient). As I think about it I cannot remember the
last time we had one of these analytical exchanges about dosages of tablets
on the list, so it may be of interest to a number of people.
