Dear Ivor, Hang in there, don’t give in. Try to fight back, although we all know it’s hard. Here’s some verse to send to the appropriate people. If enough people send it in, it could help. Worth a try? More finance is needed For research to cure, In the past there’s been little, Of that we are sure. What are your views ? Does humanity count? Do you think you could help A campaign to mount? And though we may tremble, Find it difficult to write, Struggle with voices, That don’t seem quite right. Sometimes lose balance, Or freeze on the spot, A face like a mask, That can’t smile a lot. Remember we’re voters And won’t be ignored, When the counting is done, Will you still be aboard?
