I believe ice cream was mentioned. Goats milk is almost
naturally homoginized, very little cream rises to the top of
the milk. You need to separate the cream from the milk,
mechanically, with a cream separater.
  We had several 4-H goats. To cool it fast, we put the jars
of milk in a bucket of water and ice in a refrigerater. If
it's handled properly, it's sweet and delicious! (much
better than "store bought cow milk")
