Gina, Have heard both bad and good about Mirapex. Brig has had no trouble with it and I think it has given him somemore on time. He did have a horrible time being taken off of Permax and started on Mirapex. When he washed out of Permax (in about a week), he was a mess, could not even get out of a chair. Then to go on to Mirapex, the dosage is begun with such small intervals, that it takes about 3-4 weeks to get to 1 mg. Since then, he has been okay, but he is also on Tasmar. Gerry
