i used apomrphine both injected in the morning, and adminstered by a "pump" automatically during the day (to avoid the on-off problem. I did this while living in Amsterdam, under their health plan. it was a miracle and a curse, it didn't work right about a third of the time, when it did it was great when it didn't,terrible, and leaving my skin a mass of blotches. good luck!!
