my immediate response would be a series of questions:
1. what medications treatment do you receive now?
2. what are your symptoms?
3. are there any parkinson organisations or support groups in malasia?
4. how were you diagnosed? what kind of doctor?

a comment - it seems to me that surgery is an extreme option
to be considering so early in the disease:
i would think that you could manage to reduce your symptoms substantially
by using medications only for the time being
