Ann; I started slowly working my way up in dosage level of Mirapex. I am currently at 4.5 mg per day and have been there for about four months. I had many of the side effects attributed to Mirapex but these side effects have diminished with time. One of the side effects seemed to be I would get incredibly sleepy in the middle of the day. I can't say that I was fatigued. It does seem that all PWP's respond differently. Mike 49/9
