My mother Joyce (69/1 -- Parkinson's Plus, SND) is taking, among other things, Artane. I just read somewhere that the effects of this drug are not long-lasting (I don't think the article meant on a daily basis, but that the benefits of taking it will fade after a short period of time on the drug). Has anyone had a beneficial effect from Artane for a substantial period of time. Or, has anyone found Artane beneficial only for a short period?? As always, thanks. Debbie White [log in to unmask]
