In my case I notice only tremors ( mildly) in my right hand and I was diagnosed by 5 different specialists as being Parkinson ( one examination was made int he research center of NIH in Bethseda,MA ) . Neverthless you certainly do know that there are many other cause of tremors besides Parkinson and only a through examination of each case may tell .
