Bruce, I would like to add something here. My hobbies, collecting radios and records, leads me into thrift shops and second hand stores. I see Rascals and other carts and in great condition, usually reasonably priced. Of course, you should compare prices to new, or guaranteed used carts from a dealer, and be sure you get one that can be easily repaired, and parts are available, etc. Also, make sure you can get it delivered, unless you live close enough to drive it home.
