Be sure that the possibility of one of the "Parkinson Plus" syndromes is
considered--they do not respond well or for long to Sinemet, and have
particular symptoms that are like PD--they should always be considered.  A
movement disorder specialist is the kind of neurologist who can best make
this sort of  conclusion, and it isn't easy to diagnose PD sometimes,
though Peter diagnosed himself correctly and it was confirmed!
