Because of a problem with itching, I quit one med at a time for several days. For three days I quit Sinemet and felt great. (but still itched) Even at only 2 or 3 l0/100 Sinemet a day I think I'm taking too much. I've also started on Tasmet. My experience with showing NO parkinson's symptoms has happened from time to time when the adrenilan kicks in. A few months ago we had a reception for our son when he graduated from the University. People tried to discourage me from having it at home and with the help of catering as it would be too much for me. I wanted to do it anyway and did. I had NO symptoms for the whole day and people I had not seen for a long time and people who did not know me were SURE there was nothing wrong with me. Unfortunatly, I often pay for it the next day. I asked my Neuro on my last visit and he said that is not unusual at all. Now, if I could only STAY on a high - helenjc
