Helen, is Helen near Atlanta -how does one get there from San Diego 3-4 times a year? Seems like an arduous journey. LaJolla is, I believe, one of the 5 wealthiest communities in the US, on some basis. You don't happen to have a spare hundred million laying around, do you? One never knows. B.
