Brian, I have no experience with selegeline + sinemet. Aside from a mild buzz the first day or two, much like you'd notice from too much coffee, I've had no side effects from this medication. My neurologist, Dr. Ronald Pfeiffer, is a specialist in PD and well known in the medical community. He prescribed selegeline; I feel I've benefited from taking it. Like all meds, it's probably best for each patient to determine whether it helps them or not. It apparently didn't do you any good, but I wouldn't damn it outright. My opinion. Keith
