Ellen, When I went to the Parkinson's Institute in Sunnyvale and saw a motion specialist, one of the first recommendations he made was physical therapy. In fact, they have a PT room there for the regular patients. I know it is important, and I wish I would follow the recommendations more closely. I guess I am sometimes just lazy.
