When I first started taking Sinemet and Permax, I began having hallucinations and paranoia. As is par for the course I am taking Seroquel to treat these side effects. It doesn't completely get rid of side effects but it isn't real bad. I also suffer from insomnia so at 2:00 AM it is nice to have someone or something to talk to. And they do talk to me and help me do thinks around the house. TTFN Gina
