I have been taking one Amitriptyline (25mg) at bedtime for almost two
years, and have had no trouble at all. It was prescribed as a mild
antidepressant and a sleep aid. The psychiatrist who prescribed it was
also trained in neurology and is very knowledgeable about Parkinsons.
