You'll get no argument from me Barb. PD changes our bodies for the worst - bitterness does the same thing to our souls. One of the things that worries me about anger and using anger as motivation is that however hot it burns it cannot be sustained indefinitely, and when it dies down the residue it leaves is a choking ash of bitterness. Anger is a powerful motivating force in the short term but a dangerous liability in the long term. Dennis
