Hello All

I know the following is a service provided by most Australian public
libraries and I should imagine one similarly offered by quality libraries
throughout the globe.

If you take the full bibliographic details of the paper you are seeking to
your public librarian, they will do an interlibrary search (sometimes
global) and retrieve a copy for you. There may be a small charge and it is
helpful to point out that you are prepared to pay at the time you negotiate
the service.

Regards
