Hello Ervin, I have been taking mirapex for almost a year. I was up to about 4mgs. a day and then my dr. started me on tasmar and cut the mirapex in half. My main med is sinemet 50/200 cr. i take 8 0r 9 of these pills every 24 hour. The main goal of these additives is to help cut asd short as possible the OFF time stuff and the dyskinesia. It is difficxult to say what kind of success or lack of i have with mirapex. I hope your adjustment to it will be satisfactory. i wish you the best of luck-----pete
