for those that don't have a chair lift try this. from the waist up rock you body back and forth like in a swing. at least 3 times through your body forthward. with hands on arm of chair. push up wards. if works let me know will tell how to sit. use cane to get up go down a hill. and a chair for your kitchen table. took me a long time to pick some tricks to help us PWP'S I.Y.Q. 74/30
