Brig takes the prescribed dosage (2xday) and has been for 10 years. I still attribute his lack of progress, not that he hasn't progressed especially the last year, to his dosage of eldepryl. Take it for what's it's worth. He also, is on sinemet, mirapax, and tasmar. Gerry
