As I mentioned before, Why not have your local support groups take a group picture, have it blown up, signed, and send it to the Senators who were directly involved in the pushing forward of the appropriations. I think they like this kind of recognition from their constitutes, and it should spur them to continue their positive actions. Everyone loves to be patted on the back for good work, agreed.
