Carole, could you please post this, or if not, provide the highlights?  I
think if everyone saw the disparity there would be NO disagreement. And this
disparity is about to get much worse.

 (I didn't start this, Bubba did . Tell him to be quiet, who ever said that.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why this topic is a controversial
one here, of all places.  Isn't this baffling to anyone else?  I thought
some things had come off the politically incorrect list.  No?)
