My suggestion would be to ask your mom to set up an appointment with his physician for family members and ask the doctor about counseling. Two years seems like a LONG time for denial! You might also raise this issue on the caregivers list. It has been obvious that there has been a problem for almost 2 years now, so how he can think that we don't know that there is something wrong baffles me. I am interested in finding out as much as I can about how to get information about the disease and how to deal with him since I am not supposed to know about it.
