Some suggestions as you struggle with your Dad's medical problems:

Ask for help on this list, the people are great and very knowledgable

Be careful of the quality of the medical advice you receive. If your dad
has PD there is probably a medicine that will help his symptoms. If he does
not respond to Sinemet, for example, he may have something else. Not all
neurologists are good at helping patients with PD. A neurologist that is a
Movement Disorders Specialist is your best bet. They are good at diagnosis
and at getting the right medications for his particular problems and
adjusting them over time.
