It is possible that there is such a program starting at St Louis University,
School of Medicine.  I seem to have a memory of reading that somewhere.
Unfortunately the best number I can give you is 314-555-1212, (ask for St
Louis U,  School of Medicine Neurology/neurosyurgery Dept.)

 A note of caution:  It is possible that the STN operation is associated with
loss of mental acuity.  I personally have thought about the one that simulates
a pallidotomy (electrode planted in the globus pallidus).  I don't know, but
it just sounds better to me.
