Ann...please don't give your husband ANYTHING that hasn't been prescribed
for him, especially after two surgeries. I would suggest that you get
his neurologist involved in his care as soon as possible. While he is
recovering from surgeries, his medication needs may be altered and his
neurologist is the person who can do that (and know what (s)he is
