I'm glad that Detrol has worked for Jane's Dad, and others--Peter found he could not use it because it started him having more confusion and mild hallucinations. Too bad.... >My Dad was having some bladder control problems, which came up on our last >visit to the new neuro when she instructed him to drink more fluids in >hopes of controlling his BP problem. He had been deliberately not drinking >much at all. She gave him a sample of Detrol. He takes one 2mg pill at >bedtime, and it has been a wonderful relief for him. He still needs to get >up about every 2 hours, but at least he can make it to the bathroom now and >he's thrilled to find some medication that works on at least one of his >problems! > >So, if anyone else is having similar problems, maybe your neurologist can >help, too. > >Jane K. >(daughter, Fred 80/1) > >PS, Barb: Have a GREAT time! SF is sure one of my favorite places to visit.
