Ivan asked me to report that he will try to correct his JUNO problem
later today, and should be able to receive and send his mail again. He
also sounded like he is doing much better - he was able to fill some more
caregiver slots, and seemed to be feeling more optimistic about finding
people for the other times.
We had an interesting conversation - especially when one non-techie
tried to explain to another non-techie how to find his Recycle Bin. :)
