My husband, Dan is using the Coenzyme Q10. This summer, we went to the
Parkinson's Institute in Sunnyvale, California to see Dr. Petzinger
(movement specialist) as my husband was newly diagnosed. We told her of
his Vitamin C, E , Meltonin for sleep and the Coenzyme Q10 he was taking
(he takes 1.5mg 3xday of Mirapex and 5mg 2xday of Eldepryl). She said the
theory is that these will attack the free radicals that are thought to be
causeing deterioration. She said there is no concrete proof they are
effective, but if she herself had PD, she would be taking them, too, on the
chance that it might help.

With warmest regards,
