Mr. Paolini,

I have been using NADH for about two years now. I take one 2.5 mg tablet one
hour before starting my regular drugs (Mirapex Sinemet Dreprenyl and
Amantadine).

I used it previously for about one year, stopping when I could find no doctor
in the US willing to learn about it. Both times, it was effective in
smoothing out the fluctuations in Sinemet effects.

I do not use it as Dr Birkmayer would have me do it. He wants it used to
"replace the L-dopa drugs" and I use it as an adjunct (extra) drug. Its
effects are good and I can reduce my Sinemet (L-dopa) intake while taking it,
but when I turn off at night, I am more rigid than before.

I still do no know whether it is safe to do what I am doing., but it has
improved my life (more on time, and fewer dyskinesias once I cut back on the
Sinemet) a lot.

Regards,
WHH
