My husband had bad hallucinations from Sinemet. They were worse when he was on Clozaril. (He started in the afternoon and kept me up most of every night) I finally fought with the neuro enough that he put him on Risperdol. It was amazing! The last day on Clozaril, he was hallucinating. The first day on Risperdol, the hallucinations stopped, immediately. I'm sure it won't work for everybody, but it was like a miracle for my husband. Marge Green
